Relationships First

We have 84% retention on our workshops, showing the strength of our approaches and relationships.
Why pre-tenancy?
We work with people in various settings including supported accommodation, with people who may be care experienced, have experienced homelessness before and/or may be coming out of custody so that they can develop skills, knowledge and confidence to sustain their tenancies.

Where we deliver
We use engaging, inclusive, interactive, values-led and coaching approaches so that people feel more at ease and confident sharing their experience in a way that works for them.

Trainee feedback

‘Do it, trust me do it. This kind of stuff is important. It adds another tool to your tool belt.’
‘The hosts are very approachable and very friendly. It’s casual and very in depth, and covers a lot of things really well.’
‘It’s welcoming, it’s people focused, good fun, good food, it’s a safe environment to share, so don’t give up, if you hit a hurdle, keep going. Thank you to all the people involved.’

‘I would definitely recommend these. It’s one way to make new friends if you’re lacking confidence and speaking to others, and knowing there’s more network or people out there that can help you. You’ll learn about loads of different life skills.’
‘Before I joined the course I didn’t know what was going on with anything.
Now that I know, I know what I can look out for and what I need to research and stuff so when I actually start getting my own home it means it will be more suitable for me and I’ve got the support I need.
It was all locked off and now it’s a little entrance to the door, but you’ve got to push it! ‘

I am really impressed by those who attended and by you for clearly making it real and meaningful to them! Exceeded my expectations by a country mile.
– Cathy Hembry, Senior Homelessness and Rough Sleeper Coordinator
