Your Own Place has built a stellar reputation for its delivery of Train the Trainer workshops. With a proven track record of developing housing colleagues to become confident and empathic trainers in their own right, our workshops are designed to provide money, housing and tenancy knowledge, practical training skills, and engagement techniques that inspire confidence in supporting your tenants.
If you’d like to deliver our workshops, using our techniques and approaches as well as copyrighted workshop plans that we have built from over a decade of working with people, this package is for you.
What will you get out of The Total Train the Trainer Package?
By the end of the Train the Trainer training, you and your colleagues will feel confident to deliver our three-day Pre & In-Tenancy workshops and have access to a suite of resources, including our simple to read one-page copyrighted workshop plans and any worksheets needed for activities. We’ll also plan a Facilitation Feedback day with your team, so we can see you in action and provide supportive feedback and quality assurance.

Who should attend:
These workshops are suitable for teams wanting to improve their engagement toolbox and with the time to take a new approach. You will be supporting people to live independently or preparing to live independently, in managing their money and their tenancy and wanting the knowledge to deliver award-winning content.
These workshops are for professionals working in (larger) housing associations, supported housing and/or the voluntary sector.
