What do we do?
Through an intensive, asset-based and coaching approach, we support young people 1-2-1 to identify their strengths as well as their barriers to moving closer to work.
Together, we then knock those barriers down over a timeframe, in a way and in a location that suits the young person’s learning style and personal everyday needs.
Employment Support and TILS+
Lots of people benefit from workshops and group approaches to developing their employment skills. This helps to develop social skills, peer learning and a fun and engaging approach to developing employment confidence. That’s why we’re delighted to be able to offer Employment Workshops as part of TILS+. So if you’re commissioning a budgeting, savings, housing options or benefits workshops, you can now include Employment Workshops too! Read more on our TILS+ page.
65% of the young people have moved into work!
And here’s our report for Children in Need up to August 2017.
